About Simon C. Steiner

Mr. STEINER is a registered attorney in New York State and Germany. He received his LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Information Technology Law at Fordham University School of Law in 2008 and graduated in 2001 from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Germany and was admitted to the German bar in 2004.

Mr. Steiner provides legal and strategic advice on U.S. Patent Litigation, Prosecution and PTAB proceedings such as Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs). His practice focuses on providing advice, managing and coordinating worldwide patent portfolios for his international clients in all major IP markets. Mr. Steiner is routinely involved in license and other IP heavy agreements as well as transactional work focusing on patent portfolio transfers.

Mr. Steiner, who is fluent in English and German, regularly gives presentations on United States patent issues and landmark decisions to clients in Europe.
