OLEG IOSELEVICH, Patent Attorney, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Long Island University in 1995, graduating magna cum laude, and his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2005, where he received awards for achieving highest standings in his sections of Trial Advocacy and Law and Technology, was licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of New York in 1995, registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2005, and admitted to New York Bar in 2006.

Mr. Ioselevich is actively involved in all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, and metallurgy arts. Mr. Ioselevich drafts and files patent applications, amendments, declarations, and appeal briefs; and conducts interviews with the Examiners at the Unites States Patent and Trademark Office. Over the years, Mr. Ioselevich has developed a particular expertise in prosecuting applications with claims directed to pharmaceutical formulations, new chemical entities, impurity profiles of active pharmaceutical ingredients, antibodies, methods of medical treatment, and pharmacokinetic features and profiles of dosage forms. A number of patents procured by Mr. Ioselevich are listed in the FDA Orange Book.

Mr. Ioselevich is also actively involved in due diligence reviews, developing and managing patent dockets, coordinating and overseeing worldwide prosecution of patent applications; counseling; strategic planning; and drafting paragraph IV notice letters for ANDA filings.

In addition, Mr. Ioselevich has experience with patent interferences and inter partes reviews (IPRs) before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Oral Hearings and Opposition Proceedings before the European Patent Office.

Mr. Ioselevich is fluent in Russian and conversational in Belarusian and Ukrainian.
